Over the last 7 years i have been working in and around the fitness community, changing lives is my passion and i cant wait to share my knowledge and experience with you through online personal training. It hasn't been easy but iv always pushed towards the next goal, after 10 years of kempo karate i focused my energy into health, fitness and bodybuilding which led to opportunities to use everything iv learnt not only to push my body and mind to the next level but to go on and transform the minds and body's of others.
